We ship coffee three times a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays), which is when our coffee is roasted. Coffee orders received before noon the day prior to roasting days will usually ship the next business day.
We ship tea and merchandise the next business day after receiving the order. If you order an item that is out of stock we will notify you of any delay as soon as we receive your order. We don’t charge you until your item is shipped.
We normally ship UPS ground, which is the least expensive method. However, we have many shipping options, including UPS 2nd day air, and Next Day. You can arrange for one of these priority-shipping options by calling us toll-free at 866-959-2059.

If you receive a product that is unsatisfactory or defective, or have any problem with shipping, or our customer service, please let us know and we will do whatever it takes to make it right for you. We offer several payment options: check or money order by mail, and MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover online, by phone, fax or mail. In addition, you can use your Durango Coffee Company Gift Card by phone.

Order and shipment confirmations
If you place your order online, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. Should you need to make any changes to the order at that time, please reply to that message and our retail team will make those changes.
